I usually hear people say that their loved ones have went to Heaven after they die. That can ONLY be true if that person had accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and lived their life for him while they were alive. The majority of the world follows Satan so unfortunately almost everyone who dies goes to Hell. No matter how good you think they were if they were not saved/born again then they went to Hell. Hell is the default destination for humans not Heaven. In order to change that you have to Accept God's only way to Heaven which is through His Son Jesus Christ
